As a Chi Running and Walking Instructor, and more recently, a Nutritious Movement™ Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist, my passion is helping people feel better in their bodies. My background includes:

I certified as a Restorative Exercise Specialist through Nutritious Movement™ in 2017, and will be offering classes and private sessions to help you feel better in your body. Restorative Exercise helps you fill in some of your weak spots with corrective exercises, so you get a stronger more functional body.
I’ve taught Chi Running and Chi Walking since 2006. I’ve enjoyed helping others experience pain free running and walking, and love the ‘aha’ moments my clients have when it clicks in their body. You can find more info (and classes) on my instructor profile here.
